But First Things First

HitchPin Logistics requires the following information before any loads can be dispatched:

HitchPin Logistics needs your completed New Carrier Info Sheet. You can download the Carrier Info Sheet, print and complete it, and fax or email it back to us!

HitchPin Logistics needs your completed and signed Broker-Carrier Agreement. You can download this agreement, print and complete it, and fax or email it back to us!

HitchPin Logistics needs your completed W-9. You can download the W-9 form, print and complete it, and fax or email it back to us.

HitchPin Logistics needs a copy of your operating authority. You can fax or email this in to us.

HitchPin Logistics needs your certificate of insurance (cargo and liability) showing HitchPin Logistics, LLC, as the certificate holder. You can fax or email this in to us.
